Timothy Anderson is Director of the Integrated Cost and Schedule Analysis Department at The Aerospace Corporation, and a professional cost analyst with over 25 years’ experience, primarily in Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems and national security space acquisition. He has also served as the Aerospace Director of NASA Program Assessments, managing programmatic assessments for NASA Science Mission Directorate projects. In addition to his work for The Aerospace Corporation, Tim has been a technical manager at MCR, LLC, and a business development executive at iParametrics, LLC. A retired naval officer, Tim served as a military faculty member for the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), teaching Cost Estimation and other operations research courses. He continues to serve as a part-time lecturer for NPS, teaching cost analysis courses in both the Systems Engineering and Operations Research departments. In 2010, he was awarded the “Wayne E. Meyer Award for Teaching Excellence” from NPS. Mr. Anderson is an ICEAA certified cost estimator/analyst. He has served the Washington Capital Area Chapter in a variety of positions, including Program Chair, Vice President, and now Membership Chair. He has also faithfully served the national ICEAA organization since 1994. In 2010 he won the “National Estimator/Analyst of the Year for Technical Achievement” award, and in 2017 he was awarded the “ICEAA Association Service Award.”
